The best traditional cooking
in Emilia-Romagna and Toscana

 

In my unquestionable opinion, Bologna and Firenze represent the excellence of Italian's cuisine. For this reason I thought to compile a list of the best restaurants of "Emilia-Romagna" and "Toscana". This list has been recommended by those of my Italian friends who think at food with lusting eyes. Please provide feedback about your gastronomic experiences in these areas.
